orange – 2
orange blossom water – 1 tsp
passion fruit – 1
yogurt – 3-4 tbsp

 

Just a simple yoghurt to lift a grey mood —¶

Usually, the only recipe I like to make that involves oranges and orange blossom water is the famous Moroccan orange and cinnamon fruit salad—the simplest but tastiest dessert of all times. But today, I have some passion fruits that are slowly shrinking and yoghurt that I want to use before it’s too late.
On top of that, it is so grey and dark outside that I want to eat brightness. ¶

Peel and cut your orange into pieces. Open the passion fruit and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Add a little orange blossom water and then the yoghurt. Happy eating! ¶
